What to expect?
 

• The purpose of this workshop is to cover every aspect of the RETRAINED model
   

• Together in the cohort we will explore what it takes to become a great Scrum Master that will make a difference for the team/company they work in
   

• The training will follow the 4C concept (Connection,Concept,Concrete Practice,Conclusion) - it will consist of group activities that also allow for an exchange between participants
   

• Participants will also leave with a toolbox of new ideas to try out with their teams

What to expect?
 

• After the first workshop, all participants will go back to their teams and apply what they have learned

​

• The purpose of the 5 Navigator workshops is to support them with their real-life challenges that will occur in their teams. They will be supported by me as the trainer, but also by their learning cohort.

​

• In addition to their real-life challenges, we will also have other topics important for a Scrum Master and might include learning specific techniques that will help them in their role as a Scrum Master

​

• Participants will also leave with a toolbox of new ideas to try out with their teams

What to expect?
 

• After 6 months we will return with the purpose to deepen our theory and guided practice in order to prepare the participants for a future of being a great Scrum Master
   

• We will look into concepts like: building a psychologically-safe culture, master the power of silence, serve yourself so you can serve others and plenty more...
   

• Similar to our Explorer workshops, participants will leave the training with new ideas, more self-confidence, new inspiration and plenty of ideas to try out with their teams
