Coaching of new "agile" roles
Lots of companies implemented roles new to the organization. Often times people are not sure what is expected of them or how to do it successfully.
Especially the roles of a Product Owner or a Scrum Master can be quite challenging and not something that people are used to. I can help you and your people develop the skills you need to be successful in this new role and provide you with guidance and resources to help you succeed.
An organization scan is a valuable exercise for every organization before jumping into action. By taking the time to review your organization, you can identify where there are opportunities for improvement and take steps to address them. The key here is to listen to the employees and understand their pain points, but also understand what already works well and build on that. It is a way to understand the voice of the system.
